We want everything to be clear from the beginning, so there are no surprises along the way. Please take a few minutes to read these Terms & Conditions before making your booking.

By making a booking or payment for a retreat, training, coaching programme or other service with us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

Retreats & Trainings

24-Hour Booking Guarantee

We understand that sometimes you want to secure your place while you quickly check flights, time off work or other travel arrangements.

For this reason, all new retreat and training bookings include a 24-hour cancellation guarantee.

If you book a place and realise within 24 hours of making your booking that your travel plans do not work, you may cancel your booking by contacting us within that 24-hour period and receive a full refund of the payment made.

After the 24-hour period has passed, our standard cancellation policy below applies.

Please note that we strongly recommend checking flight availability and other essential travel arrangements before booking whenever possible.

Deposits & Payments

Unless otherwise stated, deposits are strictly non-refundable after the 24-hour cancellation period.

Any remaining balance must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the start of the retreat or training.

If your second or remaining payment is not received by the agreed payment deadline, we reserve the right to cancel your place and retain your deposit, as the deposit is non-refundable. We may then offer the place to another participant.

Cancellations & Transfers

If you need to cancel your participation more than 30 days before the start of the retreat or training, you may request to transfer your deposit to a future retreat or training with us.

Transfers are subject to availability and must be used within a reasonable timeframe agreed with us. A transfer does not constitute a cash refund.

If you cancel within 30 days of the start of the retreat or training, you are not entitled to a refund or transfer of your payment.

Once the final payment has been made, payments are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.

We strongly recommend taking out appropriate travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, travel disruption and any other circumstances that may prevent you from attending.

Your Place on the Retreat

Your booking is personal to you and secures your place on the retreat or training. If you are unable to attend, you may not transfer your place to another person without our prior written agreement.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the programme, schedule, accommodation or activities where necessary. We will communicate any significant changes to participants as soon as possible.

Personal Information & Marketing

When you book a retreat, training or coaching programme with us, you provide personal information such as your name, email address and phone number.

We use this information to communicate with you regarding your booking, provide our services and, where permitted, send you relevant information about our retreats, programmes, events and offers.

We respect your privacy and will not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

You may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.
