We are committed to providing you with exceptional service and that's why we prefer to keep things clear so there are no surprises along the way.

When you make a booking with us, whether this is a retreat, training or  coaching, you will be automatically accepting our terms and conditions. So please take your time to carefully read our cancellation policy below.

Retreats & Trainings: Deposits are strictly non-refundable. If you change your mind about attending a retreat you have to let us know within 30 days prior to the event, in this case you can transfer your deposit for a future retreat or training. Any remaining amount, should be settled 30 days before the event. If you cancel after those 30 days time frame you're not entitled to any refund or transfers. If you fail your second payment, we reserve the right to keep your deposit, as it is non-refundable, and sell your spot to another retreater.​​

When you sign up to our retreats you're sharing personal information such as email and phone number, we reserve the right to use this information for contact and marketing purposes but we will not be sharing this information with any other parties as you have the right to this privacy.
