Hi, my name is Karol De Souza and Yoga has been part of my life for over 22 years — long before it became my business. I didn’t come into this work to chase numbers; I came to hold space, create transformation, and host experiences that genuinely change lives.
Over the past 9 years I’ve taught yoga around the world and hosted over 25+ international retreats. For a long time, I poured everything into creating incredible retreats, hoping the money would work itself out. Sometimes it did. Sometimes it didn’t. Breaking even became far too normal.
Everything shifted when I stopped trying to figure things out as I went and followed my "yogi vibes" and started following strategies and proven frameworks for consistent sales. I spent thousands of money and hours studying with the best business coaches out there and I figured out their strategies were not always applicable to retreats. So I had to adapt, implement, fail, make new changes, and only then come to the systems I have in place today.
