Bahia, Brazil

For years, I dreamed of hosting a retreat in Brazil — a way to honor my roots and share this magical corner of the world with others. I could never quite find the right place… until March 2026, when my partner and I traveled to Bahia and discovered something truly special. Exactly where? That little secret will be revealed once you reserve your spot.
Needless to say, we fell completely in love with it. It’s the kind of place where time seems to disappear — where the noise of the outside world, your phone, social media, and the constant rush of everyday life suddenly lose their importance. A place where even the simplest moments feel deeply magical.
You wake to the sound of birds, monkeys visiting your window, the warm tropical breeze, and the scent of lush green jungle awakening every one of your senses. Naturally, your body softens, your mind becomes quieter, and presence returns effortlessly. No health hacks, no striving — just the feeling of being fully here.
Every landscape looks like a painting. Crystal-clear natural pools appear along the beach at low tide, while cacao, jackfruit, and coconut trees grow wildly all around you. The warmth, joy, and openness of the local people instantly lift your spirit.
In this environment, moving your body and breathing more deeply become something natural — almost sacred. Not another thing to achieve or tick off a list, but a gentle return to yourself.
This retreat is so much more than a holiday. It’s an invitation to slow down, reconnect with your essence, and remember what it feels like to truly come home to yourself beneath all the noise.
This is a 7-day immersion for women who are tired of constantly living in their heads — overthinking their day, mentally running through endless to-do lists, comparing their lives to what they see on social media, and feeling like they always need to be “on.”
It’s for the woman who misses feeling truly present. Who longs for that deep sense of excitement that comes when you are exactly where you’re meant to be. The kind of feeling where life no longer feels rushed, repetitive, or disconnected — where your days feel full, meaningful, and alive.
You’re deeply intuitive, vibrant, thoughtful, and full of life. You care deeply, dream deeply, and crave a life that feels meaningful and inspiring. But lately, somewhere between the pressure, the routines, and the constant noise of modern life, you’ve started to feel disconnected from yourself.
Maybe right now, this feels familiar…
- You pick up your phone for “just a second,” and suddenly you’ve been scrolling for an hour without even realizing it.
- Your mind is constantly racing with to-do lists, future plans, messages to reply to, and things you “should” be doing.
- You compare your life to what you see online and quietly wonder why everyone else seems more fulfilled, confident, or certain than you feel.
- You rarely feel fully present — even during beautiful moments, part of your mind is somewhere else.
- You crave rest, softness, and slowness, but when you finally stop, you almost don’t know how to simply be .
- Deep down, you miss yourself. The version of you that felt grounded, inspired, playful, alive, and connected to the little magic of everyday life.
If this resonates, this retreat was created for you. Together, we’ll create space to step away from the constant noise: the notifications, the pressure, the scrolling, the comparison, the need to always do more.
Through movement, nature, stillness, nourishing food, deep conversations, and moments of joy and simplicity, you’ll reconnect with the truest version of yourself beneath all the roles, expectations, and pressures of everyday life.
You’ll soften in your body. Quiet your mind. Breathe more deeply. Feel more grounded, more open, more alive.
And most importantly, you’ll remember what it feels like to feel at home within yourself again.
Â
You’re not feeling disconnected because there’s something wrong with you. You’re feeling this way because your mind, body, and nervous system have been living in survival mode for far too long.
Modern life has taught us to constantly consume, rush, compare, achieve, and stay available 24/7 — and slowly, without realizing it, we lose connection to ourselves in the process.
Maybe you’ve been…
- Filling every quiet moment with stimulation — scrolling, checking messages, listening to podcasts, watching something — until silence itself starts to feel uncomfortable.
- Spending so much time thinking about your life that you’re no longer fully living it or experiencing the present moment.
- Constantly comparing yourself to other people online, which leaves you feeling like your own life is somehow not enough.
- Pushing yourself to always be productive, improve yourself, or “figure everything out,” instead of allowing yourself to simply be.
- Disconnecting from your body’s natural wisdom — ignoring your need for slowness, movement, nature, pleasure, creativity, and deep rest.
- Living according to expectations, routines, and responsibilities for so long that you’ve lost touch with what genuinely lights you up.
The result? You feel overstimulated yet underfulfilled. Busy but disconnected. Surrounded by noise, yet far away from yourself.
This retreat is about changing that.
Not by becoming someone new, but by removing the layers of noise that have been pulling you away from who you already are.
The Art of Coming Home
Â
This is your invitation to come home to yourself — not as a concept, but as a lived experience.
A space where you stop striving to become someone better, and instead remember who you’ve been all along beneath the noise, the pressure, and the constant mental chatter.
Over these 7 days, something begins to shift.
You start to unhook from the patterns that keep you stuck in your head and pulled out of your life. You learn how to gently regulate your nervous system so that calm is no longer something you chase, but something your body knows how to return to.
You begin to understand what it feels like to truly be present — not just in meditation or in fleeting moments, but in your actual life. In your morning coffee. In conversation. In silence. In your own skin.
You learn how to…
- Move through your day without constantly reaching for distraction
- Recognise your thoughts without being controlled by them
- Soften the inner pressure to always do more, fix more, or be more
- Reconnect with your body’s natural rhythm through movement, breath, and rest
- Experience joy and aliveness in simple, ordinary moments again
And perhaps most importantly, you start to trust yourself again.
Not the overthinking version of you. Not the overwhelmed, overstimulated version of you. But the calm, intuitive, grounded version that has always been there underneath it all.
And when you leave…You don’t go back to your life as the same person who arrived.
You return to it with more space inside you. More clarity. More presence. More ease.
The same world — but you are no longer meeting it from exhaustion or disconnection. You are meeting it from home.

The retreat takes place on the Marau Peninsula in the south of Bahia, one of Brazil’s most untouched and quietly magical coastal regions.
Here, the Atlantic meets long stretches of soft, wild beaches, framed by coconut palms, mangroves, and dense Atlantic rainforest. The rhythm of life is slow and natural — shaped by the tides, the sun, and the simple beauty of nature that hasn’t been rushed or overdeveloped.
The Marau Peninsula feels like a world apart. Days unfold gently between warm ocean swims, barefoot walks along empty beaches, and golden sunsets that seem to last forever.Â
It’s a place where nature leads everything. Where you wake with light and birdsong, move through your day in rhythm with the elements, and fall asleep to the sound of the ocean nearby.
And yet, the exact location of the retreat — the place where you’ll be held, guided, and fully immersed in this experience — will remain a secret until you book your spot.

 About Your HostÂ
My name is Karol De Souza, and my relationship with movement and mindfulness began when I was just 16 years old. Yoga found me in 2004, and from that moment, it became something I kept returning to — a steady home within myself, no matter where life took me.
In 2017, I travelled to India to complete my first 200-hour yoga teacher training, an experience that opened the door to a life of teaching, travel, and deep personal exploration. Over the years, I continued to study yoga, breathwork, meditation, neurolinguistic programming, and emotional release — always following a deep curiosity about how we heal, grow, and reconnect with ourselves.
But life has a way of evolving us in unexpected ways. Motherhood transformed my body, my identity, my energy, and my understanding of balance. The constant rush of motherhood, running a business and basically modern life as we know has thrown me off, I felt more and more distanced from myself and constantly feeling edgy, nervous, tense and stressed. This was a turning point. I started blending strength, mobility, breath, mindfulness, and emotional regulation into a grounded, sustainable practice that supports both body and mind.
The retreat was created as a space where all of this comes together: movement that strengthens and restores, breath that calms the nervous system, practices that bring you back into your body, and moments of stillness that help you hear yourself again. But more than anything, it is a space for women to soften, to reconnect, and to remember who they are beneath all the roles they hold.
Because I know what it feels like to lose that connection — and I also know the power of coming back home to yourself.
This is the work I now share through my retreats and online community. A sisterhood space where women feel seen, supported, and empowered to thrive — not by becoming someone else, but by returning to themselves.
